The Tezpur Medical College & Hospital is located at Tumuki, Bihaguri, adjacent to the AH-15. Tezpur shall be a college for 100 admissions as per the norms of the Medical Council of India. It shall have 22 departments including Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Pathology, Micro-Biology, Community Medicine, and Forensic Medicine, The clinical departments shall be Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynecology, ophthalmology, ENT, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Dermatology, Psychiatry, T.B. & Chest, Radiology, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Anesthesiology. In due course of time the College will develop as a Post Graduate Medical College in different specialties.
