Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed Medical College (FAAMC) in Barpeta, Assam, is a government medical college with a 500+ bed hospital, offering undergraduate and postgraduate medical courses, and associated with Barpeta District Hospital for training and healthcare services.
At present, there are 125 seats in the MBBS course. Post-Graduate Courses (permitted) are running in the following subjects, Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Paediatrics, Radio-diagnosis, Pathology, Microbiology, and Biochemistry.
