ll India Institute of Medical Sciences, Guwahati, also known as AIIMS Guwahati, is a public medical institute located in Guwahati, Assam. It was established in May 2017 under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY). 

AIIMS Guwahati offers a variety of courses, including MBBS (a 5-year undergraduate programme in medical science), MD/MS (Postgraduate courses in medical science), B.Sc. in Nursing, an advanced nursing training programme, and PhD.

Admission at AIIMS Guwahati varies from course to course, but the minimum eligibility criteria was 50% for the general category and 45% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD in 10+2 examinations with physics, chemistry, and biology as compulsory subjects along with NEET scores.
