Hospital Facilities: The associated teaching hospital comprises 650 teaching beds and 94 non-teaching beds, offering multi-specialty services. ​

Student Amenities:

Hostel Accommodation: The college offers separate hostels for male and female students, featuring spacious double occupancy rooms equipped with individual almirahs, tables, chairs, cots, and beds. Air-conditioned rooms are available upon request. Additional amenities include RO water for drinking, 24/7 security, caretakers, housekeeping services, Wi-Fi access from 4 pm to 9 pm, and dedicated study rooms. ​
Sports and Recreation: WCMSRH provides both indoor and outdoor sports facilities. Indoor amenities include snooker-billiards, table tennis, carom, and a modern gymnasium. Outdoor facilities encompass courts and grounds for basketball, cricket, football, volleyball, and badminton. ​
Cafeteria and Mess: An in-house cafeteria offers nutritious and delicious food. The mess committee, comprising students and faculty, decides the weekly menu based on preferences. Patient meals are prepared according to dietary requirements prescribed by a dietician.
Medical Services: Regular free health check-ups are conducted for students and staff, ensuring their well-being. ​
